| Description |
The English Settlement School was a small white, wood frame schoolhouse located at 94th Avenue and 151st Street. In this photograph, the building was being moved to a new location by James Moss and Sons. The building is being pulled by a man driving what appears to be an early 20th century Rumely Oilpull farm tractor. The tractor is pulling the building along the unpaved road on wooden rollers. A second man is walking along side. |
