Description Members of the Orland Volunteer Fire Department are pictured with the Department's new Fire Truck. This was the second fire truck owned by the Fire Department. The vehicle is parked in a field near 143rd Street and Union Avenue. Franklin Loebe is in the truck at the wheel. Chief John "Jack" Helenhouse is leaning on the truck near the front wheel. A third man is standing on the running board.
