Description 
Men and women of all ages attending World War I Flag Raising and Bond Drive to help finance the American war effort in France. Many are standing in the parking lot located across the street from Schmaedeke's Implement Store at the corner of 143rd Street and Beacon Avenue. There are three boys on a roof. A band and a float can be seen.
